Usage Instructions:

1. Remove any tight clothing from your upper arm.

2. Sit with your feet flat on the floor.

3. Position the cuff 1–2 cm above the elbow, ensuring a snug and even fit.

4. Rest your arm on a table to align the cuff with your heart level.

5. Press the O/I START or START button to initiate your blood pressure reading.
